Heya Everyone…this is called a Cake Smash session…but in this case…it was more of a “Cake Sit”. You’ll see in a second. But now I am proud to introduce the handsome young Ryder Mills! We had the pleasure of photographing his parent’s wedding at Granberry Hills so it’s a distinct honor to have them back with their sweet kiddo.
Mr Ryder’s birthday theme is fishing this year. So we started out the session going with the theme (and kudos to his mom who brought the coolest props to match the session!) Then…came cake. And despite this being his very first time having food with this much sugar…he was very hesitant. Almost like he wasn’t quite sure what to do with it. And in the end…he didn’t necessarily eat much of it, but he did get it all over…all over the studio…and all over himself. Which made for some VERY fun and cute pictures! 🙂
