Today, I have an especially lovely session to share of the Potts family.  This sweet family has 3 daughters and another on the way.  And, as any of us with children know, each of the girls are developing independent personalities.  So we wanted to show off the kids, the family…and include a portion of the time as a Maternity Session for Mom.

She was nervous because she was past the 6-7 month “cute-baby-bump” part of pregnancy…and was 8-9 month “totally-over-it” stage 🙂   (*Side Note : I stole this joke from my wife…turns out I’ve never had a baby (*spoiler alert*) and have committed not to try and act like I can relate!)  But, as you’ll see in the pictures, she was gorgeous, poised, and confident.  And we were all very pleased with how her and the kiddo’s images turned out.

Just a note, Dad was actually present and even took part in a couple of images.  But, he is a police officer and works nights…and this session was held mid-morning.  So he asked not to have his face photographed in case he looked half-asleep.  But he was a good sport and jumped into a few of the poses…I thought you should know who the random “man-hands” were in the pictures!! 🙂
